Product Materials

Our product advantages and materials: Oil seal raw materials are imported from Japan, and grease is imported from Spain. Shock absorber oil is imported from South Korea, and valve plate is imported from Sweden.
Connecting rod, also called working rod: micro-crack chrome plating, can hide oil molecules, lubricate, and avoid dry friction of oil seal;
The plating layer should be thick enough to ensure wear resistance; ultra-fine polishing treatment, surface roughness is less than 0.05, reducing friction.
Working inner cylinder: high-precision precision rolling tube is used, with high surface finish and low friction coefficient.
Oil seal: Japanese NOK oil seal, good wear resistance and lubrication
Powder metallurgy: Piston, bottom valve, guide adopts Japanese Dongmu powder metallurgy, high strength and precision, and high one-time pass rate.
Outer tube, also called oil storage barrel: adopts Nippon Steel shock absorber special pipe, with better welding performance and strength,
with good strength, better resistance to lateral force and bending resistance.
Valve plate: adopts Jilin Panshi, imported Japanese materials are selected, which can ensure the precise operation of the internal valve system and long service life.
Shock absorber oil: Use special shock absorber oil from Volkswagen, Germany, which can withstand low temperature of -50 degrees to high temperature of 60 degrees, and the damping coefficient does not change significantly, maintaining good comfort and safety.
Lifting ring bushing: Use Anhui Zhongding, which is resistant to pressure, wear, fatigue and long service life.
Inner tube: Zhangjiagang precision steel tube. The inner tube has high precision.
